If you are a competitive person by nature, then maybe you will want to try some beach sports. Sports such as volleyball, flag football, and soccer are common sports that are played on the beach. This allows you to get some quality time in the sun, and it can get your heart rate up.

Since these activities are a bit more rigorous, it may be difficult to hold a conversation with friends or family. However, you can spend quality time with them and have fun with them by competing with or against them.

If you do not have access to a beach, then you could play other sports. There are plenty of fun sports that you can play outside with large groups of people. Regardless of the sport, this activity will allow you to get your heart rate up and have some fun with friends and family.

3. Yoga

Yoga is a more relaxing activity than the previous activities mentioned on this list. Yoga can allow you to relax and settle your thoughts, which can be a terrific way to pass time outside. It can also be a great activity to do with groups of people.
