Load your refrigerator up with celery sticks, cucumbers, and carrot sticks. These are vegetables you can totally consume raw and you don’t have to spend any time preparing extravagant dishes out of them. You can pair the celery sticks and carrot sticks with cream cheese, peanut butter, nuts and raisins for a slightly more filling and delicious organic snack.

2. Fruits
Along with vegetables, stock your fridge with fruits you can eat without working too hard on them. This includes apples, guavas, bananas, peaches, and all kinds of berries. Whenever you are hungry, just take them out of the fridge and dig in. You can also blend them together with honey and Greek yogurt for quick, delicious smoothies!

Greek Yogurt is a staple thing to be found in every healthy person’s fridge. It is the best healthy substitute for ice creams and milkshakes. Sure it may not be as satisfying but you can experiment with it as much as you want! One of my favorite quick snacks is throwing in some mixed berries and nuts in a bowl of Greek Yogurt and bit of honey and eating it while watching episodes of my favorite show!

5. Popcorn
Popcorn is very delicious and can totally be substituted for potato chips on busy days. Popcorn kernels have about 40 calories per cup! So you if you pop them without using any oil, you can get an entire bucket full of popcorn with hardly any calories! Season it up with some salt and garlic powder and you are good to go. Just make sure you don’t season them up with too much butter otherwise all of their nutritional value will be lost.

Sweet corn is not only a healthy snack but also a treat to the taste buds. It is considered as a vegetable and is completely organic with no additives. Therefore, it is completely healthy to eat it whenever you like. Plus, in case you are on a diet, you need to know that consuming sweet corns means taking 40 to 80 calories only which is the greatest news for sure. And the best part about adding it to your diet is that it is extremely easy on pocket and convenient to buy from a mart. You can also add salt, pepper and lemon juice to it for adding flavor to it.
