There is no excuse that you can’t lose weight. Some people normally say that they have no time for maintaining their body weight, eating good diet or engaging in physical activity. Losing weight the right way is just as essential. So, you might wonder how do I lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks. Before you find that out, you should understand what being overweight means.

What does it mean to be overweight?

Being overweight or obsess is when you have low energy outflow and high calorie intake. In order to lose 20 pounds in 2 weeks you have to reduce your calorie intake and do regular exercise and reduce calorie intake at the same moment. It’s much better to do more exercise always.
1. DO EXERCISE CORRECTLY
When people come to do exercise they normally do it in a wrong way especially when they want to lose weight faster. They always have mentality that when they work for a long period of time they’ll lose weight quickly and keep it off. 
Actually it’s not real this way. It’s always essential not to put too much effort when it comes to lose weight. It’s also important to choose your daily activities that are not going to give you headache or give you unnecessary stress. There are simple and effective ways to lose weight and even more faster.
2. DRINK A LOT OF WATER
One in order to lose weight checks your diet. Sport or energy drink , light bear and fruit smoothie they all contain almost 100 calories and on other hard they don’t satisfy you the way 100 calories of food can do, so they are just waste. On the other hard water has zero calories and level of sodium is low making it the perfect slim down drink.
3. TAKE SALMON FOR LUNCH
Its rich in nutrients that will help in building muscles and give your skin a healthy grow. Nutritionist says that eating portion it may help your face look a little bit more contoured.
4. AVOID JUNK FOODS
This may seem obvious but again eating foods full of sugar and a lot of fats will make you feel short-tempered and inactive. To get all the junk food out of your diet consider doing a two to three week elimination diet by cutting out all refined sugars, avoid alcohol and caffeine’s.
5. EAT GREENS LEAVES
Leafy greens are the best when it comes to weight loss.
These leafy greens include: Kales, Spinach, Swiss chards collards and a few others.
All those leafy vegetables are low in both carbohydrate and calories but well loaded with fiber. Eating greens is a great way to increase the capacity of your meals, without increasing the calories.
6. BOILED POTATOES
However boiled potatoes have several properties that will always make them perfect food for weight loss and best health. They are mainly high in potassium, a nutrient that many people don’t get enough of and plays main role in blood pressure control.
7.  EAT SOUPS
As explained above, meals and diets with a low energy density have a habit of making people eat fewer calories. Most food with a low energy density are those that contain lots of water like fruits and vegetables.
8. DON’T EAT BEFORE YOU DO ANY EXERCISE
Exercising on empty stomach it’s have some advantages but is also risky at the same time. 40 minutes is the recommended time of aerobic exercise on empty stomach. At that period you may at risk of using proteins as your energy source resulting to muscle metabolism.
9. 30 MINUTES CARDIOGRAM A DAY
Doing cardiogram for 30 minutes a day will help rate your heart beat and will burn calories. You will even burn more calories per session if you do consecutive training. They are some great sports that can help you lose weight, you should try.
10. DO 36 PUSH-UPS DAY
These push-ups will help shape muscle, so you will sport more simplified look. Push-ups target your upper body. Quick tips for push-ups: make sure your back and legs remain in a straight line when you are doing push- ups.
11. WALK OR CYCLE
Improve your health with 30 minutes of quick walking every day which also help in maintaining your weight and keeps you fit. Walking mainly helps you feel better mentally and physically which also helps in relaxation. Cycling three hours per week is a great way to lose weight steadily, while other types of exercise causes damage to your joint, cycling does opposite.
With what I know and believe is weight loss all it takes is skill power but not willpower. If you identify those skills and habit of doing them, then planning and thinking positive you can handle your weight and manage it to.
